Tripling Progress
Many years ago I delivered seminars to groups of people in a live setting. They were basically workshops.
There were many other people delivering similar seminars. But mine were unique and produced superior results.
In the other similar events, people in attendance had words and concepts they didn’t fully understand.
They were getting too much data flowing IN on them with insufficient origination of communication OUTWARD from them.
For many participants, some of the data was too difficult for them. And they were getting no chance or very little chance to apply the data during the events.
What did I do that was different?
I gave them one SMALL bit of data at a time, each bit followed by a question to test understanding.
There was relatively little communication from me to the participants compared to their communication to me – and to the other participants.
After each datum they would explain how they could apply it. And they were repeatedly doing drills that demonstrated their ability to apply the data.
Using ExoBrains would have greatly enhanced the process.
Interactive courses, applying all the above principles to an outstanding degree, could be quickly and inexpensively created.
These interactive courses could be made for any kind of activity or technical application and could be done for any skill level.
This is yet another way ExoTech could change the world.
