MORE Computer Frustration!
I received some interesting responses to my last ExoFuture Alert titled “Computer Frustration.”
One reader responded that she has been tempted to throw her computer out the window countless times, like this frustrated user:

According to one published source, these were the top ten surveyed frustrations:
Wi-Fi issues
Inability to connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot
Connection but no Internet
Slow downloads
Login/signup problems
Battery dying when you need it most
Computer, application or program crashes
Forgetting passwords
Viruses/security issues
Low battery; charging issues
MY main frustration is unwanted things appearing on my screen.
Also, inability to quickly find the data I need.
And having to jump through unnecessarily convoluted hoops to get anything done.
