Agreement Vs. Fact

Posted February 24, 2024, under The ExoFuture Alert

Unless a hypnotist gets the subject to agree with him, hypnosis cannot happen.

We are all hypnotized to the degree that we unknowingly agree to things that go against our own determinism or sense of ethics.

Agreement goes wrong when it is enforced.

When one is part of a group, there is a force or pressure to agree to what the group agrees to.

In the past, those who did not agree were often severely punished and/or thrown into the cold and dark of a universe which is also based on enforced agreement.

So groups can be hypnotic

And to the degree that one is hypnotized by a group or group or even an individual, one cannot correctly separate belief from fact.

Groupthink is to group things together and is weak in spotting differences.

We see this today in politics and advertising where the appeal is less to reason and more to reactive impulses.

Politician X looks like a great past president, so let’s get him elected, even though he may be a crook.

We have seen it throughout history in the form of superstition and mob rule.

Black equals evil, therefore the black man must be guilty, so let’s get a mob together and string him up — who cares what the law says?

But reactively grouping things together tends to lead to destructive solutions in life, like war.

There are destructive people who become skilled at getting others to agree with their destructive agendas by appealing to their reactive irrationalities.

And so we have destructive solutions like war being broadly agreed upon and constructive solutions being suppressed.

Today’s computing works in a similar way where software components are grouped together in a fixed unchanging relationship.

So it is severely limited by the rigid, antiquated structure of its components.

Like ChatGPT, it can’t really understand and compute the way a human or live being can.

This is true for ALL so-called “artificial intelligence,” which is very artificial but not intelligent.

This makes it insane compared to what computing could be and should be.

But each component of an ExoBrain can act independently of all other components and can interact freely with any other components.

An ExoBrain is many times more flexible, more powerful, and more sane than anything that exists today or will exist in the near foreseeable future.

So we have irrational computing being used by irrational people to bring about an irrational world.

To see the results, read or watch the news.

Help us create a sane and ethical communications platform to expose the irrationalities and unsuppress the facts and true solutions.
