Completion of the 31 Videos. Wow! I finished the last of the 31 videos and now see the huge game we are playing. ExoTech IS the human way of computing. It took a lot of persistence and intelligence, using evaluation and insight to come up with the right combination and create such an amazing tool – and it can be used by Anyone.
How many times did I get frustrated trying to do a survey analysis, having to go through so many steps, back and forth, back and forth, just to get it to look right, with the pie charts and the data with an intelligible summary.
We all know what it’s like to text a friend or team member and what you texted came out entirely different. (Sometimes hilariously so!) The next thing you know the other person is texting you back with a “?” and you must go back and forth. Most have experienced how the present computer systems and other related systems are only doing a minimal and frustrating job of it. Along comes Peter Warren, who envisions and after literally years of work creates the beginning with his concept of ExoTech.
Now it is shown in short videos and with examples (!), showing each aspect of what computers do not do, what they should have done and what could be done, and things that take off from there. It makes all the difference in communication, worldwide. All the way through from nothing to language control and doing anything you want with a computer that can also learn and do it quickly. It is light years ahead of where computing started.
The other piece of the puzzle, getting a socially responsible (ethical) person like Peter to lead the way and the great staff who understood and made a way to get this new paradigm shift across simply to others, is a feat of magnitude. It is a new, brilliant concept based upon a need. The dream people were waiting for.
Using very able people all along the way, what was accomplished should make any of them proud. In the end, I see a vast abundance for all who participate and a better world on this planet. God knows we need it. Kudos to all!
And to think I was dreaming of something like this…
