Rob Oliver
Rob served in the US Navy for six years as an electronics technician engaged in the repair and maintenance of radio communications gear. Following that, he was employed in the inspection and testing of audio amplifier modules including troubleshooting commercial audio amplifiers.
For the next 25 years, he held a variety of administrative positions at several international non-profit organizations at various locations throughout the US. His work included sales, computer data entry, financial accountancy, equipment maintenance and public transportation.
In later years, he engaged in a variety of work projects in the repair of transportation equipment and then as the construction manager for a variety of building projects. Most recently, Robert has moved to Florida and has worked part-time in the heating, venting and air conditioning field.
His hobbies and interests include the repair and restoration of vintage guitar amps, electric guitars repair, speaker repair and speaker cabinet design.
