Paula achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Sainte Marie, Quebec, Canada and a Bachelor in Pedagogy (Teaching), University of Quebec, Montreal. She is fluent in English and French.

In addition to serving as a high school teacher, Paula has demonstrated administrative proficiency during decades of experience in a variety of functions in more than ten industries. Working and communicating with clients, senior management and staff, she has developed strengths in analysis, problem-solving, research, surveys and general administrative flexibility.
