Paul Barter
Paul has had an extensive career as a mechanical engineer, specializing in industrial refrigeration, with a strong focus on natural refrigerants and the environment. He is a UK citizen but was born in Trieste, Italy. He graduated with honors from Sheffield University with a degree in English. He worked for a multi-national Danish company and its agents for six years in Denmark, then in South Africa. That culminated with him establishing a subsidiary company in Johannesburg as Managing Director. Paul’s interests over several decades have been sailing, playing traditional Irish fiddle, and consulting, with a passion for bettering people and the environment.
