Mercedes has over 25 years of professional experience in the software, education, consulting and service industries. Originally from Spain, Mercedes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the Complutense University of Madrid. She also has extensive training in the management technology which ExoTech uses. She has expertise in recruiting, training and management of delivery and customer service teams in several industries. She has held a number of managerial positions at international software companies with a wide range of responsibilities coordinating between headquarters and subsidiaries. Mercedes lives with her family in Los Angeles, California in the US.
