Kendrick Muhammad
Kendrick has demonstrated competence in the fields of Freelance Security, and also as a Computer and Technical Support Specialist, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving medical staff computer problems and providing tech support for a college’s students.
His technical knowledge and skills in the use of information systems includes installing security systems, call center installations, customer service tech support, troubleshooting connectivity issues associated with network and end user equipment issues. He has been able to resolve issues associated with email services, account creation, and password recovery. He has provided support to a plant maintenance department by providing statistical information regarding performance of problem areas.
Kendrick has Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration, Columbia College, Orlando, Florida and he has studied Information Systems Security and Network Security at the ITT Technical Institute. He has also received Police Academy Certification Training from the Osceola Criminal Justice Academy in Kissimmee, Florida.
