Dr. Karl Denninghoff
A shareholder of ExoTech Ltd, Karl is one of the U.S.’s top technologists. With five publications and multiple patents to his name, he is the co-creator of Carpoint (now MSN Autos). One of his most notable achievements is the creation of the first workable VoIP technology (now owned by Intel). Karl was the tech lead in the court-appointed Technical Committee, established to oversee Microsoft’s compliance with the U.S. anti-trust judgment.
