Alejandro Szita
Alejandro comes from a background of engineering and finance prior to specializing in commercial real estate. A native of Chile, he attended the prestigious Lycée Antoine-de-Saint-Exupéry of the Alliance Française in Santiago before studying civil engineering. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, and proficient in French. He moved to the United States in 1994 and spent five years in finance and private placement investments before transitioning to commercial real estate. Alejandro has over 10 years of experience as a commercial real estate agent in Southern California and is familiar with all aspects of commercial transactions, from large institutional purchases to small business leases.
